Erik Adams is an expert in commercial medtech in North America at Boston Consulting Group, and a core member of the Health Care and Marketing, Sales, and Pricing practices. Erik has project experience in commercial and go-to-market strategy, strategic planning, business unit strategy, digital enablement, organization design, post-merger integration, procurement excellence, shared services, and shareholder return optimization.
Erik has been with BCG since 2010, and is a founding member of the San Diego office. Before moving to San Diego, Erik worked in both the Chicago and Minneapolis offices. Prior to BCG, Erik worked at Google (now Alphabet).
