Fanny Grönlund joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. She is a core member of the Consumer practice and works on assignments related to retail and consumer packaged goods, with a specific focus on AI and analytics. Fanny is also a leading member of BCG’s Plan.AI team, which focuses on solutions for end-to-end planning enabled by advanced analytics.
Fanny has extensive experience leading large-scale projects in consumer and industrial goods, and has worked along the entire value chain. In recent years she has spent a lot of her time on transformations enabled by digital and AI, and supported development, implementation, and scaling of data-driven decision making tools.
