Flavio Magalhães leads Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions practice in Brazil. He is also a core member of the firm’s Insurance and Operations practices.
Since joining BCG in 2005, Flavio has conducted a wide variety of strategic and operational assessments and change management projects. He has considerable expertise in driving value/growth programs, and believes in the development of high-performing teams and the importance of rethinking management models to drive greater productivity and returns.
Prior to joining BCG, Flavio worked at Procter & Gamble and A.T. Kearney.
