France Joris joined Boston Consulting Group in October 2008. She is a core member of the People & Organization practice, and the people lead for the newly created Retail AI by BCG X team. France advises clients on people and organizational challenges, with a focus on operating model transformation. She is also the chair of the Brussels career advising team.
France has led organization efforts across Europe in a broad range of industries, including health care, retail, pharma and biopharma, banks and financial institutions, energy distribution, and consumer goods.
