Frederic Jacqueme is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Energy practice and the firm’s Center for Digital in Oil & Gas. He has 15 years of experience in upstream oil and gas.

At BCG, Frederic has worked with energy players on their transformation programs including cost reductions, support functions’ reorganization, business and operating models definition, and new strategies. As a member of the Center for Digital in Oil & Gas, he has worked on digital strategies, data management, and use case executions.

He also has an interest in sustainability and in the transition to new energies, and has worked on defining decision making and performance management processes for a super major renewables player.

Prior to joining BCG, Frederic worked as a Regional Operations Manager for Schlumberger. In this role, he focused on general management, operations, technology, and sales and maintenance.
