Giovanni Lucini is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Risk & Compliance practice, and leads the Risk & Compliance team's work in risk analytics and technologies and climate risk quantification. He has 15 years of consulting experience in top-tier consulting firms and six years as a senior executive.

Giovanni has special expertise in developing analytics use cases applied to risk management and has a deep knowledge of multiple aspects of climate (net-zero and target-setting, P&L implications, transition financing, transition risk quantification and embedding in decision making, ESG score, and ESG data etc.). Giovanni is currently leading BCG effort to further develop tools and methodologies for climate physical risk quantification and adaptation.

Before joining the firm Giovanni worked at Unicredit Group as Head of Transaction Banking and other roles, at McKinsey & Company, and at Arthur D. Little.
