Gonzalo Troncoso is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions and Technology & Digital Advantage practices. He leads digital transformations, digital attackers, and tech modernization for top-tier Latin American companies.

Gonzalo has extensive experience in developing neobanks, acquirers, and payment ecosystems for fintechs and banks, as well as technology modernization across different industries. He has developed deep knowledge of cutting-edge technologies and has experience designing and implementing digital platforms, agile ways of working, DevOps, Cloud, and advanced analytics, among other things.

Gonzalo also leads technical teams and drives change by enabling client organizations to be successful in their transformation processes through product and process co-creation, thereby instilling best practices to ensure their continued success.

Before joining BCG, Gonzalo worked as a Project Engineer at Cencosud S.A.
