Guillaume Gardy is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Operations, and he focuses on the industrial goods and technology, media, & telecommunications industries.
Since joining BCG in 2011, Guillaume has worked extensively with clients on operations issues such as modularization and standardization, performance improvement, cost reduction, and procurement and supply chain management. He has particularly deep experience in the telecom industry and industrial goods industries and has helped numerous companies optimize sourcing in an international environment.
He has partnered with companies to implement procurement cost-reduction programs, develop their modularization and standardization strategies, and define their target portfolios. Guillaume’s client engagements have also covered growth strategies and large enterprise-transformation projects.
Prior to joining BCG, Guillaume worked for France Telecom in France and in Poland. He previously worked as a consultant at A.T. Kearney.
