Guillaume Lemoine is an active member of the Travel, Cities & Infrastructure (TCI), Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE), and Insurance practices at Boston Consulting Group.

He has led numerous projects in the insurance/mutual insurance ecosystem, notably with a focus on distribution and brokerage strategies, and in the real estate ecosystem and its entire value chain, including real estate companies, developers, builders, and operators (hotels, residences).

He also supported transactional assignments in the insurance and real estate industries, including brokerage, third-party administrators (TPA), assistance/expert networks, real estate developers, and independent financial advisors (IFA) networks.
