Guillaume Rubens

Guillaume Rubens leads Boston Consulting Group’s European Principle Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice in the Nordics.

Guillaume works with private equity funds throughout the ownership lifecycle, including investment strategy, sourcing, transaction support (commercial due diligence), value creation with portfolio companies, and exit preparations (vendor due diligence). He has extensive transaction experience across industries, in particular industrial companies (including capital equipment and machinery, aquaculture, chemicals, metals, and security) and infrastructure investing (including transport and logistics, waste management/recycling, and energy/renewables).

In addition, Guillaume has helped numerous portfolio companies transform under private equity ownership, most recently in the ferry, food processing, pensions and asset management, electrodes manufacturing, aquaculture, and sub-sea services industries. Over his career, Guillaume has been based in the UK, France, and the Nordics. He also holds advisory board positions in Norwegian startups and scale-ups.
