Guillaume Vernier joined Boston Consulting Group in 2021. He is a core member of the Energy practice with a focus on energy transition and decentralized energy solutions (photovoltaic, charging infrastructures, HVAC, etc.), as well as waste and water management. He has led many engagements with utilities, energy services, and environmental services companies.

His expertise covers corporate strategy (market and competitive analyses, portfolio optimization, and war-gaming and scenario planning exercises), top line development, organizational and operational performance, and transformation programs. Guillaume has worked with many private equity and infrastructure investors on opportunities in energy transition, with over 40 strategic due diligences for small, mid, and large cap transactions

Guillaume previously worked at Roland Berger where he specialized in utilities (energy and environment) and private equity.
