Haikal is passionate about using technology and AI/analytics to drive large-scale change in the private, public, and social sectors; and champions inclusive growth through growing SMEs and social enterprises and driving a just transition to a more sustainable economy.
Before joining BCG, Haikal was a manager at HM Sampoerna, a multinational fast-moving consumer goods company. He regularly writes articles on inclusive growth, and is on the executive board of PLUS-Platform Usaha Sosial, an online platform promoting growth of social businesses and social entrepreneurship in Indonesia.
