Hajime Tsujigaki initially joined Boston Consulting Group in 2001. He rejoined the firm in 2013, after working at Mitsubishi UFJ Research and Consulting. He is an expert in BCG’s Principal Investors and Private Equity practice in Japan. He is also a core member of Marketing, Sales, and Pricing, and Industrial Goods practices.
Since joining BCG, Hajime has worked closely with clients particularly in the industrial goods and manufacturing industries on topics including due diligence, PMI, cost efficiency, sales reform, and digital transformation. He has rich experience in supporting principal investors and private equities in areas such as deal sourcing, due diligence, value creation, PMI, and turnaround.
