Hamza Tber joined Boston Consulting Group in April 2022, bringing eight years of experience in climate diplomacy and policy. He is a core member of BCG's Climate & Sustainability practice specializing in the UN climate process, climate finance, adaptation and resilience, and climate and the urban agenda.

Before joining the firm, he was Senior Programme Officer, United Nations, Executive Office of the Secretary General, Climate Action team; Program Director, Climate Action Network International; Chief of Staff of the COP22 Presidency; and Public Affairs Manager for the OCP Group. Hamza also worked for more than seven years in the private sector in Morocco and the Gulf, in particular in the mining and extraction industries. During his career, he has worked on corporate environmental strategies as well as public relations and public affairs.
