Hardik Shah joined Boston Consulting Group in 2012. He is a core member of BCG's Financial Institutions practice in India. Hardik has significant expertise in small and medium-sized enterprise and retail business build and transformation, large-scale digital transformations, and growth strategy. He advises banks and non-banks on various risk management topics including new-age credit risk management, enterprise risk management, and collections excellence.
Hardik's work spans the financial services ecosystem in India. He co-leads the annual FIBAC conference with two leading industry associations in India: the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and the Indian Banks’ Association (IBA). He spent a year at BCG’s Chicago office working on business banking transformation and pricing. Before joining BCG, Hardik worked at CNK & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
