Heike Dorninger is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Health Care practice, with a focus on health insurance and health systems. Heike leads BCG's Vienna office. She works on projects in health insurance and data and analytics, including disease prediction, precision medicine, provider performance variation, and quality measurement.
She has extensive experience working with a diverse set of clients in several countries in the health industry, including health systems, health insurance, pharma, and medtech companies, and has also led engagements on growth strategy and portfolio review, as well as go-to-market strategy and commercial effectiveness.
Before joining the firm in 2010, Heike worked at IMP Vienna as a postdoctoral fellow.
