Hillary Fernández is the Global Strategic Alliances Director at Boston Consulting Group, and leads the firm’s alliances with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Anthropic. Hillary shapes and operates the partnership strategy between BCG and AWS, which is focused on achieving commercial outcomes through collaboration, developing joint offers, expanding the scope of the partnership through marketing and brand build, and securing strategic programs and investments. As leader of the global partnership between BCG and Anthropic, Hillary operates as the alliance lead for BCG-led GenAI projects that leverage Anthropic’s models.
Hillary joined BCG in 2019 as the first hire for the Global Strategic Alliances Team. She has led global operations, upskilling initiatives, and partner onboarding processes, contributing significantly to the expansion of BCG’s ecosystem of technology and services partnerships.
Before joining BCG, Hillary held key strategic alliances and business development roles at PDD Ventures, Predixion Software, and Oracle.
