Hiroki Kitagawa joined Boston Consulting Group in 2023. He leads the firm's Operations practice in Japan and is a core member of the Industrial Goods and Travel, Cities & Infrastructure practices.
Hiroki has worked on many operational reform and digital transformation projects, mainly with clients in the industrial goods, consumer goods, health care, and transportation and logistics industries. He also works with the Japanese government on supply chain management reforms, particularly through a logistics lens, across industries.
Prior to joining BCG, Hiroki worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting, PwC, and Accenture.
