Ib Löfgrén is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Transform practice and the Nordics system lead. Since joining BCG in 2008, Ib has set up and led numerous holistic, large-scale transformations, operating model, and organizational restructuring programs. Ib has achieved significant bottom-line impact and change for his clients. Through his transformation work, he commands the in-depth knowledge and experience of BCG's full Rigorous Program Management (RPM) and reorganization toolbox.
Ib also has extensive experience in post-merger integration, operating model design, organizational change, operational performance improvement, and mergers and acquisitions. His clients represent a broad range of industrial segments and private equity investors. While at BCG, Ib has worked out of the firm’s offices in Helsinki and Boston.
