Il-Dong Kwon is the Vietnam lead at Boston Consulting Group. He has been with the Vietnam office for seven years working with industry leaders and central and provincial governments on their strategy and large-scale transformation programs. He also co-leads BCG’s work in risk management for the Asia Pacific region.
For the last 17 years, Il-Dong has also worked with industry leaders and conglomerates in Western Europe, the U.S., Australia, South Africa, Singapore, Korea, China, and Vietnam, and many other Asian countries, on various consulting projects including strategy and business model development, multi-year transformations, due diligence, digital transformation, retail, corporate and SME banking, KPI, organization redesign, process reengineering, risk management, and regulatory agenda.
