Jaclyn Cole is a leader in Boston Consulting Group’s Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) practice, where she leads the Washington, DC due diligence team and sits on the global leadership for the practice as marketing lead.

Jaclyn has significant experience leading commercial due diligences (buy- and sell-side) as well as portfolio company value creation and growth strategy efforts. Jaclyn has worked extensively across industry sectors and brings particular depth in health care and technology focused on software. As North America PIPE health care lead, Jaclyn helps coordinate the practice’s efforts to bring the best of BCG's deep health care expertise to PE clients investing in the industry.

Before joining the firm, Jaclyn worked at Great Hill Partners as part of the Private Equity deal team, and at Goldman Sachs in the Investment Banking Division.
