Jacqueline Foster-Mutungu is a member of the Financial Institutions and People & Organization practices at Boston Consulting Group. She works primarily with financial institution clients in Africa on topics including customer journey and personalization, leadership development and training, and all aspects of turnaround strategy.
Prior to joining BCG, Jacqueline worked in the consumer food space, covering brands across the US, South Africa, and Zambia; and in investment banking in the US and UK.
