Jacqueline Govers joined Boston Consulting Group in 2007. She is a core member of the firm’s Technology & Digital Advantage practice specializing in transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She leads the practice across the London-Amsterdam-Brussels system, and is the global product lead for technology in transactions.
Jacqueline’s recent work focuses on technology in transactions (carve-outs and post-merger integrations) and digital and data transformation more broadly. She has led BCG's tech team on several large-scale buy-side carve-outs, and has led digital transformations across industries. She also has hands-on experience running one of these programs as a program director.
