Jeff Nicholas joined Boston Consulting Group in August 2019. He is a member of the Technology Advantage practice specializing in Agile@Scale and digital transformation. Jeff is currently focusing on the full Agile@Scale proposition—including DevOps to enable agile squads to deliver results as quickly as possible. He is a seasoned technology leader with experience in delivering client-facing digital platforms and big-data analytics solutions.

Jeff is a partner in BCG's Digital Acceleration System (DAS), which brings together a diverse mix of consultants and digital specialists to ensure that clients feel support throughout their digital transformation journeys. He is also a contributor to the firm’s Digital Acceleration Index (DAI), a tool that enables company’s leader to identify opportunity for accelerating the digital transformation journey.

Prior to joining BCG, Jeff held senior roles at Credit Suisse in Switzerland and Singapore, and Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore, during which time built award-winning digital banking apps for both companies. He has also held engineering and product leadership roles in e-commerce and payments companies in the US.
