Jens Jahn is People Chair of Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization practice, and a leadership team member of the Industrial Goods practice. Since joining BCG in 2005, Jens has worked with clients in the industrial goods, automotive, consumer goods, financial institutions, and energy industries–from global conglomerates to small and medium-sized (Mittelstand) companies.

Jens advises CEOs and senior executives worldwide on transformation, organization design, organizational cost, change management, HR, and people change implementation. He is a recognized expert in the people side of transformations, post-merger integrations, carve-outs, reorganizations, and restructurings, and helps organizations navigate complex change using a pragmatic, data-driven, business-focused approach.

Currently, Jens is focused on supporting the people change management and HR operations aspects of large-scale transformations across industries leveraging agile ways of working and digital technologies.

Beyond his role at BCG, Jens serves as a director of the Institute for International Strategic Management & Innovations at SRH University Berlin.
