Jill Wang is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Consumer, Operations, and Global Advantage practices. She is a global leader for food category performance improvement and assortment, with a focus on customer value proposition and format strategy.

Since joining BCG in 2013, Jill has led several successful large-scale transformations across retail channels. Her expertise includes merchandising excellence, private label strategy, and supplier management. Her approach to category management leverages GenAI and focuses on enablement to ensure sustained impact.

Jill’s approach to clients is to help them find a better way by discovering innovative solutions that cut to the heart of the issue. In addition to her client work, Jill is actively involved in community and social impact initiatives. She has served non-profit clients in her home state of New Jersey, including NJPAC and the Community Food Bank of NJ. As the liaison for Women@BCG in the New Jersey office, she is a passionate supporter of diversity and inclusion.
