Juan Carlos Intriago Velez is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Institutions and Operations practices. He partners with banks, payments providers, asset managers, and associated data and technology providers on operational, organizational, and digital transformation. He has particularly deep experience working with clients on end-to-end process engineering, contact centers, and automation.

Juan Carlos serves as the Great Lakes regional node for BCG North America’s Black and LatinX diversity networks. Before joining BCG, he worked at WET design where he worked on the robotic fountains of the Bellagio and Burj Khalifa. He also worked at Schlumberger where he led teams running operations on oil rigs, and in R&D where he helped introduce the use of additive manufacturing (3D printing).
