Juan Uribe is the Northeast US leader of Boston Consulting Group’s Financial Services practice, as well as the North American Leader for retail banking.
Juan has extensive experience helping financial institutions design and stand up enterprise-wide cost and revenue transformation programs to deliver meaningful profit improvement.
Juan’s focus includes growth strategy, front-to-back digital transformation, sales force effectiveness, operating model and organization redesign. Juan has teamed with BCG X's business to develop and implement new and innovative businesses, including digital bank builds. Juan began his consulting career at First Manhattan Consulting group where he focused on retail and banking technology strategy. In addition, Juan spent five years as a public market investor with emphasis on the financial services industry.
