Julia Jacobson joined Boston Consulting Group in 2017. She is currently an Ambassador to BCG Henderson Institute (BHI), researching on the future of cities.
Prior to BHI, Julia’s work at BCG focused on consumer experience, ecommerce optimization, omnichannel strategy, and the future of work. She also completed a secondment in Strategy and Planning at the Whitney Museum of American Art
