Julian King is a core member of BCG X, BCG's tech build and design unit. He is one of BCG's leaders in analytics-driven, customer-centric personalization, having designed and built personalization engines for clients on three continents. He is a permanent lecturer at BCG's Analytics University, and in 2020-2021 led the firm's work on probability and statistics globally. Julian was the epidemiology modeling lead for BCG's COVID-19 response.
Julian has worked with clients in many industries, but focuses on technology, media, and telecommunications; financial institutions; insurance; consumer; and the public sector. Prior to joining BCG in 2015, Julian was an executive director at a boutique Australian management consulting and M&A advisory firm.
