Julie Bedard is a leader in people strategy and value creation at Boston Consulting Group. She leads the firm's People Function of the Future team, as well as its AI Deploy strategy.
Julie works with clients in a variety of industries on people topics at the moment of change, in order to create value for companies. As a leading member of the People & Organization and Tech & Digital Advantage practices at BCG, she has significant expertise in organizational transformation, digital transformation, talent strategies and human resources across industries. She is a frequent speaker on these topics at leading tech and other forums.
Since joining the firm in 2009, Julia has held many people leadership roles in the Boston office, as well as serving as a BCG ambassador. Before joining BCG, she worked at The Bridgespan Group and CRA International, Inc.
