Julie Kilmann is the knowledge business director for Boston Consulting Group's People & Organization practice. Prior to taking this role, Julie was a senior knowledge expert and team leader for people strategy at the firm, and before that, she led organization design. Before she joined the knowledge team, Julie worked in a variety of industries for BCG, including health care, consumer goods, and IT, and was a member of the Health Care practice.
Prior to joining the firm, Julie was at Ernst & Young in the Strategic Finance group where she worked with executive officers, analyzing their strategic initiatives, assessing potential acquisition targets, and evaluating business plans to help clients determine appropriate e-business strategies.
