Julie Lattes is a strategic communications and people engagement expert with BCG BrightHouse, Boston Consulting Group’s global creative consultancy. She leads BrightHouse’s thought leadership in Europe. Julie has more than 20 years of experience advising c-level executives during large transformations. She advises on culture/employee engagement, c-level coaching and alignment, purpose, and strategic communication.
Julie started her career with roles in change management at Bearing Point and restructuring consulting at Oneida, before joining Danone Group as Chief of Staff to the General Secretary. She then developed her own consulting firm, “Talk the Walk.” She has also held positions a speechwriter for c-levels. Immediately before joining BrightHouse, Julie was Communication Director at VINCI Construction.
