Jun Tsuboi is a core member of Boston Consulting Group’s People & Organization practice. Jun has worked with a wide range of clients in the industrial goods, consumer products/services, technology, health care, and energy industries, as well as in the public sector. He has experience working in people strategy, HR system reform, talent management, HR excellence, reorganization, post-merger integration, and organizational culture reform.

Prior to joining BCG, Jun worked at the Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting Co., Ltd., and PwC Consulting LLC.
