Justin McBride is a leading member of Boston Consulting Group’s AI and advanced analytics practice. He focuses on driving growth via personalization and AI@Scale (BCG's analytics-led digital transformation offering), for both B2C and B2B clients. These programs deliver AI-enabled outcomes such as sales and profit growth and customer loyalty and retention, enabled by both technology and people components. This "think big, start small, and grow fast" approach significantly accelerates speed-to-value, while embedding cross-functional, agile ways of working into the organization in a way that sustains growth beyond the transformation.

Justin is also a core member of BCG's Consumer, Health Care, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. Outside of personalization, he also has experience in demand forecasting, markdown, promotion effectiveness, sales force effectiveness, and warehouse operations in the retail, wholesale, and consumer packaged goods sectors. Before joining BCG, Justin gained substantial experience in strategy, technology, go-to-market, and operations topics with BCG's leading clients in technology, telecommunications, financial institutions, and retail.

Prior to joining BCG, Justin worked at Advanta and Inductis, where he focused on marketing and credit analytics for consumer and small business financial institutions. He started his career as a semiconductor design engineer at Teradyne and Motorola.
