Kaoru Mano joined Boston Consulting Group in 2023. He is a core member of BCG’s Industrial Goods and Corporate Finance & Strategy practices in Japan.
Kaoru has worked closely with clients mainly in the chemicals and materials industries. His experience covers business portfolio restructuring through M&A, reorganization, carve-outs, and new business building.
Prior to joining BCG, Kaoru worked at KPMG FAS, Genpact (formerly Headstrong Japan Ltd.), EY Strategy and Consulting Co., Ltd. (formerly Ernst & Young Transaction Advisory Services Co., Ltd.) and Corporate Directions, Inc.
