Katherina Kyratsas is an expert in shipping and ports. She joined Boston Consulting Group in 2016. She is a core member of the firm's Transportation, Cities & Infrastructure practice, and works with maritime shipping and ports clients globally on a wide range of strategic topics, with special focus on global shipping markets, geopolitics and trade, transactions, operations and cost optimization, and digital/(Gen)AI transformation.
Prior to joining BCG, Katherina held several different positions at the global container shipping line Hapag-Lloyd AG in Hamburg, Germany, for more than five years. Her last position was as a Yield Manager/Commercial Controller.
