Kaye Foster is a Senior Advisor and Executive Coach at Boston Consulting Group. She has over 20 years of coaching experience focused on helping CEOs and senior executives navigate transformational change for the organizations they lead. Kaye’s work with C-suite executives combines the strategic context and aspirations of the business while considering the company’s stage of development and industry verticals.
Most of her recent assignments have centered on CEO transitions post-M&A for $20 billion to $30 billion market cap companies, coaching senior leaders through major org redesign and restructuring efforts, and helping leadership teams design and implement effective diversity and inclusion strategies.
Kaye is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Stanford Health Care and the Board of Directors of Valley Care. She has served on the Board of Directors of Agios Pharmaceuticals, a leader in the fields of cancer metabolism and rare genetic disorders of metabolism, as well as the Boards of Prime Medicine and Resilience, Inc.. She recently joined Arch Ventures as a Venture Partner. In her philanthropic pursuits, Kaye chairs the Board of Trustees of the Glide Foundation in San Francisco.
Before coming to BCG, Kaye served as the SVP, Global Human Resources, for Onyx Pharmaceuticals. Prior to Onyx, she was CHRO at Johnson & Johnson where she served as a member of the company’s Executive Committee. Before that, she held executive HR roles with Pfizer, supporting its businesses in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.
