Kazuteru Kubota joined Boston Consulting Group in 2020. He is a core member of the firm’s Corporate Finance & Strategy and Marketing, Sales, & Pricing practices. He works mainly with clients in the media and content industry on issues including mid- to long-term strategies, organizational reforms, IP strategies, and performance analysis. He serves as an adjunct instructor at Waseda University Business School.

Prior to joining BCG, Kazuteru worked at ADK Holdings Inc., Amazon Japan G.K., and PwC Consulting.
