Keith Gillespie joined Boston Consulting Group in April 2023, bringing decades of experience in business and advisory positions and a track record of impact in corporate and private equity environments across a variety of industrial product and service industries. He is a core member of the firm’s Industrial Goods and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices.

Keith is skilled in business improvement and transformation, commercial execution and optimization and go-to-market, growth strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and performance improvement. Before joining the firm, he worked for eight years at Flowserve Corporation as SVP and Chief Sales Officer, and before that he was a Managing Director at AlixPartners.
