Ken Shigeta joined Boston Consulting Group in 2011. He is a core member of BCG’s Technology, Media & Telecommunications and Corporate Finance & Strategy practice.
Ken works mainly with manufacturing companies including high-tech and electronic parts, and telecommunications companies. In particular, he has extensive experience in mid- to long-term strategy formulation, corporate reforms for creating corporate value, transformation, and business strategy development including new business planning.
