Kenji Tanaka joined Boston Consulting Group in 2023. He is a core member of the firm’s Transform, Corporate Finance & Strategy, and Consumer practices.
Kenji has over 20 years of experience in assisting companies on enterprisewide transformation, business portfolio strategy, companywide organizational reform, cost reduction, and post-merger integration (PMI). He has worked extensively with clients across a wide range of industries, including automotive, electronics, chemicals, materials manufacturing, retail, and services.
Prior to joining BCG, Kenji served as CEO at Gordon Brothers Japan Co., Ltd., and worked at Goldman Sachs Securities Co., Ltd, and Development Bank of Japan Inc.
