Kentaro Hashimoto joined Boston Consulting Group in 2013. He is a core member of BCG’s Insurance and People & Organization practices.

Kentaro works with clients in a wide range of industries including financial institutions, insurance, and electric power and gas, on mid- to long-term strategy, sales strategy, human resources and organizational reform, and operational reform.

Prior to joining BCG, Kentaro worked at Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co.
