Kevin D'souza is a member of Boston Consulting Group's Operations and Health Care practices. He leads BCG's work in quality and regulatory in pharmaceuticals and medtech globally.
Since joining BCG in 2006, Kevin has focused on large-scale transformations. He has significant experience leading operational excellence programs including operating model restructurings and redesigns that are driven by M&A and divestitures. Kevin has also led BCG's manufacturing Strategy topic (including externalization and make versus buy) in North America.
During his BCG career, he has supported clients in the US and Canada, Europe (UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland) and Asia (India, Singapore, Bangladesh) on lean, plant optimization, quality, and other transformation topics.
