Khatchig Karamanoukian has more than ten years of consulting experience in the private and public sectors. He helps clients drive large scale transformation programs including design and implementation support.

Khatchig has worked extensively with large GCC Ministries, and has supported them in defining and implementing their capability plans, governance models, organizational design, and shared service delivery models. He has also worked with US-based clients on labor force revitalization, product growth strategy, and other topics.
