Kosuke Uchida is Boston Consulting Group's Asia-Pacific leader for procurement work across all industries. He leads the firm's Operations practice in Northeast Asia, and is also a core member of the Industrial Goods and Energy practices.

Kosuke works primarily with clients in manufacturing and energy industries, often on projects involving operations reform, especially through leveraging digital technology, transformation, and crisis management.

Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Kosuke worked for NTT Communications, where he was in charge of new product development.
