Kozo Fukushima joined Boston Consulting Group in 2006 and rejoined the firm in 2023. He is a core member of BCG’s Transform, Technology & Digital Advantage, and Insurance practices.

Kozo has worked extensively with clients in the insurance and industrial goods industries, on engagements including digital transformation, portfolio reform, formulating and implementing growth strategies, and business development through working with startups.

Prior to rejoining BCG, Kozo worked at RAKSUL INC. as COO.
