Lauren Wiener is the global lead for Boston Consulting Group's Marketing, Sales & Pricing practice. During her tenure, she founded and launched BCG’s retail media and data monetization business, working with retailers, consumer packaged goods companies, and tech partners to unlock and demystify this emerging channel. She has significant experience driving growth across a wide range of Fortune 100 companies and industries, with particular focus on personalization, agile, ad tech, marketing tech, and digital marketing.
Prior to joining BCG, Lauren was the CEO of Tremor Video DSP, an ad tech company focused on using AI, big data, and outcome-based buying models to optimize video advertising effectiveness. Before Tremor, Lauren spent 15 years building advertising- and subscription-based digital businesses from the ground up for Meredith Corporation, Primedia, and MTV Networks. Lauren has successfully sold three digital and media companies: Tremor Video to Taptica International, American Baby to Meredith Corporation, and Seventeen to Hearst Corporation.
