Lisa Krayer is a core member of Boston Consulting Group's Technology, Media & Telecommunications; Technology & Digital Advantage, and Marketing, Sales & Pricing practices. She has conducted in-depth research into the impact of generative AI on individuals and businesses for the BCG Henderson Institute. She has also supported thought leadership in quantum computing and other emerging/deep technologies.
In her client work, Lisa has helped define sales and R&D strategies for various enterprise software and deep tech solutions, such as defining the product strategy of vertical-specific cloud solutions, defining R&D roadmaps for deep tech startups and building next best action models for various enterprise software and solutions.
Lisa joined the firm after completing a PhD in electrical engineering in January 2020.
