Lorenz Dolezalek

Lorenz Dolezalek is a core member of BCG X, the firm's home for tech-build and design talent. He is also a member of BCG's Industrial Goods and Operations practices. As an expert in digital transformation, data science, and AI, Lorenz partners with CDOs to drive value creation, business transformation, and profit improvement through digitization and AI—particularly in industrial goods companies. He is a founding member of BCG’s Digital & AI team and helped it grow into a thriving global business.

Before joining BCG, Lorenz worked with Munich Reinsurance, modeling natural hazards and disruptions of supply chains. He published the results of his tsunami model at the Harvard Center for Geographic Analysis and the United Nations Platform for Disaster Management.
